Merry Christmas!!

Hi guys,

Today's 28 of December and last 24 here in Catalunya we have one tradition; el Tió.

Here these day is very special for all of children because we put one trunk (with his face, eyes, nose, legs... and one red "barretina"(can you see the image)) and put food and drink as if it was alive.

This tradition started when we haven't got heating and we only have (fire of land). We were putting trunks in the fire because we had cold. But this trunk with time evolved and now is like that..
In one moment we make shit to the trunk successively, hitting to the "tió". On 8 of december we start to give it some food and we cover it with one blanket. The tió likes teh same food that to the animals: carob, pumpkin, etc and vegetablis.

Before in 25 of December (the night of NADAL) the people were putting the tió in the fire because the tió had to shit when it was lit. But nowadays in the house doesn't have fire and we don't put the tió in the fire, now we put the tió in the floor.

In the tradition the tió don't shit a gif things but it shit some sweets or the handstand for the crib but also shit things small food; spanish nougat. For demostrate that he doesn't want to shit more, he shit one sardine well salty, a garlic, onion, or he peet in the floor.

Last weekend I went to l'Armentera to watch a play-back for "La Marató".

In the playback you could see the people of the town. Young people or the old people.

The first song was "Oh happy day" with all the people. I have one film of this song and soon I will put this film here because you can see it.

This spectacle during two days: on Saturday at 21.30h-01.00h for the old people and Sunday for young people at 16.30h- 20.00h.

In the playback you could see the most of song were of 1970..more or less but also we could see songs of nowadays for example; Natalia (que no puede ser).

Also you could see songs for example Rocío Durcal (Me gustas mucho) and more and more songs..

Last year "La Marató" said that when the presenter said "el cor" we had to say "no avisa!" because the last "La Marató" was for people with problems in their hearts. But this year "La Marató" was for people with serious problems in their mind.

And this year when the presenter said "doncs" we had to say "Noooo" I don't know this slogan..

Some songs were very enterteining because when you could see old people in the stage and getting up the skirt you couldn't stop laughing.

Next year I will see you there, okey?

Hi people!
Today is Wednesday and I remember last weekend when I was at home with my boyfriend, my parents and my brother.
Last Sunday I went to Armentera with Marti. At night we went to "Café Catalunya" because there we have all our friends and we had to take Marti's brother's car.

When we arrived in Viladamat we met more friends and danced all night. I met MªRosa because she was dancing in the middle of the dance floor. I was on the corner of dance floor. In one moment she took my hand and dragged me in the middle of the dance floor. Marti looked at me and asked:

- Wuoo! Do you know her?
- No! she's crazy.
- Well, it's good news, she knows you, jaja!

Finally, we went with Martin's brother's car in his house and at 5.00h we were in our bed.

Next morning we get up at 13.00 and in these moment his mother shouted:

-Childrens!! we have our food in the table!! get up, get up..come!

My book.

My favorite book is "Memories d'Idhun" I can’t translate this “sentence” because this book not yet this in english.

I like much these books because when your these reading you can imagine the things as you like, you can be put in the paper of the protagonist, you can be felt like one of them, your you can be imagined that it happens to you... I don't know..it's very rare.

This book speaks of a boy and a girl who create to be human but they discover that they are of another world. The boy in truth is a dragoon and the girl unicornio. Also there is another young person and later there is a history of love with the three young people. Only they three will be able to save their world and to live peacefully, but this is very difficult because they fight against Gods.

This book is really exciting, incredible, beautiful.. it has 2 books more behind his, but this first is without a doubt the best. I

I believe that I am the girl, that I am of another world which I have powers.. When I begin to read this book the time is stopped can spend hours and I will be so in that one world that I will forget this world.

I recommend this book for the people who likes the imagination and the magic.

My brithday

Yesterder it was my birthday and I wasn't hapyy..
In the night the first person who congratulated to me was gemma and in his sms she said: "Congratulation my maripampels, that are kept within you our good memories. I love you tocacul*".
I was very surprised. I wasn't expected his message, Thank you Gemma :)
In the morning when I lowered of the car my mother said to me: "by the way, congratulations." and I said; " ohh thank you".
In the school all of people said me: "marii congratulation" but well for me it was a normal day.
when I left the school my mother called to me and she said: "I am in the door." I left and within the car and she gave a gift me, a bathing suit. I liked much, because she knew that bathing suit I liked much. also said me that that to eat she had bought Chinese and for last it grazes with cream.
During the day people called to me and they sent messages to me, but they are 17, does not make illusion the best thing are the 18!!!
My boy friend called me but he's stupid and I got angry with him.

Hello today I want to talk about tdr (treball de recerca) I can’t translate this “sentence” because it’s one work that only do catalan people, so in England there isn’t any word to call this work.This is a really long work that catalan students, who are 16,17 or 18 years old must do during the summer.It’s a really important work because if you fail this you can’t go to the university, I think that if you work hard you can have a good mark and it’s really difficult to have a failed.We can choose the topic that we want and then we have to look for a lot of information about this, after we must to write approximately hundred pages.Few days ago we chose the topic and I have chosen the lenguage advertising. I think that it is a really interesting subject.
Much people are deceived by the words or images of an arvertisment and this causes that they want to buy. And I believe that this is an injustice, because they take advantage people, People believe in these words and these are not real.

Summer

Hi people how are you? Well I hope that you are good.
Now I explain my job for this summer.
This summer I will work in supermarket "Bon Preu" in San Pere Pescador. Why?
Well.. because I need to work. Why? because if I don't work this summer after it will be very hard.
The last week I sent my curriculum to them and later they called to me. Why? Because they need to see and to speak me with me. The last week I spoke with Anna of Human Resources.
And yesterday I spoken with Angels (the cap of plant) and she said that today they would call me to say to me if they want to me or no. And in the last hour of school when I was in english exam I have listened my mobil phone vibrate and I think please that they say yes to me.
When I was in my house I have called and Anna said to me that they were interested in me.
My mother and me have become very happy! But I have one problem. I live in Vilafat and the work is in San pere Pescador. I only can become with motorcycle every day. My parents are angry with me.. :( for this problem but well.. it's the life. I'm very happy!!


My timetable:
From 9 to 15:00 or 15:30 every day but I have two sundays free and the weeks that I will work sundays I have one free day between week.

Today I'm sentimental!!I think that the love is a very beautiful feelling!What will we do without it?In my opinion fall in love is one of the bests feellings there are. On the one hand, when you are in love you are in a world where all is magic! you feel happier and you see the problems with other eyes. On the other hand, sometimes it can be bad because in some occasions you don't think about anything else, only in that person, I named it an obsession. But... in general the love is healthy for everybody I think!

Eurovision

Yesterday at night, Eurovision was celebrated in Beograd. There were 26 songs to different countries like: United Kingdom, Portugal, Andorra, France, Russia, Azerbaijan, Greece, Armenia, Germany, Polonia...
The winner was Russia with: Dima Bilan - believe. It was really good and it won 277 points. The singer was wearing a white clothes and he didn't wear shoes. In the blakground, there were two people: a violinist and a person who rollered ice-skate. If you want to watch it click here.
In the second position was Ucrania with: Ani Lorak - Shady Lady. It also was good. It won less than 277 points.
On the other hand, there was Spain with only 55 points! "El baile del chiki chiki" was particularly funny, but it was sang in spanish, and the others countries didn't understand the letter of the song.
We hope win Eurovision the next year! :)

"Calçotada"

The calçotada is an event that normally is done at midday.
In many towns they do la calçotada for their town fetsival.
The menu of this festival is: calçots with his sauces that his name in catalan is;salsa dels calçots and the second course are different meat.

Menu; The calçot is the small white and sweet onion that cooked to alive fire is the base of the calçotada, turned into a gift for the palate.

the food; the calçots are cooked in the living fire, until the outer part is burned. After taking out this burned part, of the inside the edible part appears us, which we have that to dip in the "sauce of the Calçots".

Barcelona.

Hi girls and boys!
Yesterday the 1st and 2nd of Batxillerat ( Castelló d'Empuries) went to "el saló de l'ensenyament" in Barcelona.
We took the bus at 8 o'clock in the morning. We arrived there, in Barcelona, towards the 10 o'clock in the morning and we were to return to the town to the 1.
in this "saló", there, they gave to information about universities and the races us that there are.
We arrived in Catelló d'empuries at 15:20 and Adria and I ate in front of the institute spoke and later we took a bus direction Figueres.
Adria lowered in Vila.Sacra but I lowered in Figueres.. I went to buy a new purse to my mother and took another bus to go to house.
When my mother arrived in my house and saw the purse, cried; "Oh girl!, Thanks!!=)"
She was very happy with me but also she say: "in this month I have my birthday.. it's your present for me, yes!?" I answered " No, for your birthday I have another present with Marti. This present is for you.. for giving you thanks for everything! because you're my favourite mother =)

Calçotada.

Monday, 24 of March 2007.

The last day, 24 of March, I went in l'Armentera because there was a "calçotada"*. I take the Sarfa in Figueres but when I was in Vilacolum Martí telephone me and he say; You fall in San Pere Pesacor becuase we are very boring.
I fall in San Pere Pescadsor but they weren't here yet.
After 10 minuts, I saw a one black car and into Martí and Calu ( the boy that drived the car).
I got into the car and we go to l'Armentera.
When we arrived here, my tata say me:
-Can you come with me in my flat. please?
-Oh yes and them I 'll see it.
-Good, come with me.

At 14:00 o'clock we go into premises because they were very hungry.

When we are into the premises, we haven't got a place.. and in the end we sit down with the mayor and the boy of the series "Ventdelplà" (Benet).

kick boxing- boxeo

Today I have gone to Girona for see one a combat of kick boxing and boxing with Martí, Juli and Lidia.
When I have arrived at house from Marti I don't know this idea that we would go. But I cannot said: Sorry but I don't want. Finally I go to girona with them.. When we have arrived at the gymnasium, there was much to people and we have seen a well-known boy.
The combat has begun in 6 hours but normally all the spectacles begin normally behind schedule.. you know?
It has begun and I did not like but later he has become interesting. All the people shouted, was nervous and this sensation has passed it to me.
I was very nervous when in the combat there was blood..when the people shouted without stopping, when the combatants were made damage mutually.
It was impressive! I dont have words to describe this sensation..it's really nervous.
after the combat we have gone to mac donals and at 10Opm have called our father to say that he was behind schedule and that we had to return.
Finally Juli has taken to me to house with car and my parents have not said anything to me of the hour.
In conclusion, one day very different but new.. I never had seen a real battle.

Today is Sundaay but tomorrow I don't have go to secondary school.
I wake up at 12 o'clock:D
Yesterday I went to a dinner with my class.

This afternoon I will going to Armentera with Martí. I hope that this late we aren't going to see fotbol.

Uoo tday I wake up at 11:30 in the morning.

I always speak with my mother of my future.
She wants that I go to the university that studies and has a good future. But Ialways say: Of greater I want to have one farmhouse many animals and a land.

This subject is very interestinf fo me, and now in pscicologia I do one work of; pscicologia to the publicity with Laura and really is very interesting.

There is a problemm, one girl in 2003 she did too this work and now, I must think as I am going it to focus.

I talk with Ester Pagès and Imma Batlle but, in this moment they don't know much.

Jordi Ferrer our tutor, is not here and we don't have the paper where we put others works, we don't know when, where and with whom we must speak.

Aiguamolls!

Hello peolpe!
In this photo you can see my friends, in the "Aiguamolls" the last 7th of February.
We went there with more people from a high school in France.
We heard MªÀngels Anglada's poems. This writer is very important here, and she's buried in Vilamacolum. She wrote about the "clotes dels Aiguamolls".
We heard also one little song about the one Mªàngels Anglada's poem.
In the afternoon we went in the Sala Municipal in Castelló d'Empúries because we heart and saw the "El diari d'Anna Frank". The book is very beatiful, because the history is interesting but the play was a little bit boring.
The play talked about one girl her name was Anna Frank, she lived in one house in Germany, hide. And he wrote one diary where he explained her hoistory.
Later I taken the sarfa with Alba, and we went Figueres.

Today it's the second day of school after holidays of Christmas.
Yesterday I got up at 7:00m.a, but today I taken runtine and I have got up at 7:25m.a

10 minuts more in the bed is the paradise, or not?
This night I was very sleepy but I couldn't, my eyes were opened always.
Why? it's horrible!!!
I was looking at my new dvd, it's very beautiful ( thaaanks*). A gift of my boyfriend. And he takes my hanger( a military plate).
My mum she's stay very happy because he takes care of me very much.
Uoo I have gone away of the topic!
In this Christmas I have been great in l'armantera with my boyfriend and his family. They
were very nice with me. For "Kings" they give me one bag ( green) very big. My mother was laughing very much when she was looking at the bag and later to my.
This hour is the last one. Later I'll go with my mother in "la caixa" and late I'll eat.
In the
